The Partnership Holds Its 2006 Workforce Retention Conference The Partnership will hold its Annual Workforce Retention Conference on Thursday, December 7, at the Seaport World Trade Center, 200 Seaport Blvd, Boston, Massachusetts. Under the theme "Solving the Puzzle: Engaging Professionals of Color" the conference will provide local and national perspectives on what it takes to achieve success in the workplace. It is expected to attract over 700 attendees. |
Plenary sessions will offer a combination of visionary and practical advice from industry leaders including Jeff Taylor, Founder & CEO of Eons and Founder & Former CEO of Monster. com, Luke Visconti of DiversityInc, Steven Young, Founder and CEO of Insight Education Systems, and J.T. (Ted) Childs, Jr., VP Global Workforce Diversity, IBM Corporation (retired). Four concurrent tracks of dynamic and high impact workshops, presented by thought leaders, Fortune 500 advisors and senior Human Resources and Diversity professionals will address the issues of workplace culture, leadership development, the power of strategic networks and civic and social leadership.
