Vignette Series Debuts On
Urban Radio Stations Across The Nation
Reaching millions with her message of inspiration
and encouragement professional speaker and radio host
Carole Copeland Thomas has launched her 11-week
Personal Empowerment Vignette Campaign in ten
cities across the United States. Sponsored by Marshalls,
each one-minute empowerment tip is designed to show
each listener how to enhance their personal development
both on and off the job. The campaign is design for
urban audiences, and is being broadcast in the top
ten urban radio markets in America.
Each vignette airs weekly on either Wednesday or
Thursday during the mid-day (10 am to 3 pm) timeframe.
The campaign began on February 26th and will end on
May 8, 2003.
The radio stations selected include: Atlanta WPZE-FM,
Baltimore WWIN-AM & FM, Boston WILD-AM, Chicago
WVAZ-FM, Dallas KKDA-FM, Detroit WDMK-FM, Detroit
WDTJ-FM, Los Angeles KJLH-FM, New York WBLS-FM, Philadelphia
WDAS-FM, Washington, DC WOL-AM and Washington, DC
WMMJ-FM.
The 11 Empowerment Themes are: Salute to Black History
Month, Defining Empowerment, Women's History Part
1, Smart Fashion Shopping, Women's History Part 2,
Fitness and Wellness, Empowerment Redefined, Gaining
Inner Strength, Daily Gifts From Above, Stay Fit and
Keep The Weight Off, and Step On To Your Empowerment
Future.

consultant, author and workshop facilitator, Carole
specializes in empowerment, diversity and leadership
issues. Her client activities have taken her to 42
states and 3 foreign countries in her sixteen years
of business. For three years Carole hosted the daily
vignette series "Personal Empowerment Tips"
and the popular weekly call in talk show, "Focus
On Empowerment" on WILD-1090-AM Radio in Boston.
The success of Carole's local program efforts directly
led to the creation of her syndicated Empowerment
Vignette Series.
