NEW YORK, Feb. 21-- Archbishop Desmond M. Tutu, winner
of the Nobel Peace Prize and former Chairman of South
Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission, will
address the media on Thursday, February 24, at 11:30

He will announce the next critical phase in the creation
of the historic Desmond Tutu Peace Centre.
