JUBILEE
August 4th and 5th
Once again, the NEC Community Collaborations
Department has developed a weekend of Gospel Music
Highlights. Beginning Saturday, August
4th, the annual NEC GOSPEL MUSIC INSTITUTE
(workshops) will be held from 9:00am - 2:30pm at NEC,
241 St. Botolph Street (Boston). Cost: $30.00 up
to 4 classes.

Gospel Jubilee..
THOMAS A. DORSEY GOSPEL JUBILEE
- August 5th - 4:00pm @ Union United Methodist Church
Generally held at Jordan Hall in February, this year's
Gospel Jubilee will be held at Union United Methodist
Church in Boston's South End. In its 28th year, this
always inspirational program features:
Ron Reid (Gospel Steel Pans);
CONFIRMATION (David Coleman, Director); St. Paul
A.M.E. Combined Liturgical Dance Ministries; NEC 's
Community , Youth, and Millennium Gospel Choirs; Rev.
Martin McLee, Pastor Union United Methodist Church -
Special Invocation and Selection.
*The Millennium Gospel Choir is led this
year by Gospel Music Award winners: James A. Early,
Herb Jones, Evelyn Lee Jones, Renese King, Donnell L.
Patterson, Jonathan Singleton and Dennis L. Slaughter.
