Don't miss this history-making opportunity with a woman who exhibits the strengths and triumphs of her time! Dr. Dorothy I. Height, NCNW National President Emerita is 92 years strong. For more than half a century Dr.

Height’s leadership has advanced the pursuit of justice and civil rights and the development of programs for Black women and women of color throughout the world.

The book signing by Dr. Height will be at the Borders Bookstore on Friday, 11 July beginning at 9:30am. The bookstore is located at 10-24 School Street in Boston (corner of School and Washington Streets down the street from Filenes Basement). This location is accessible by all of the MBTA lines.For those of us living north, South or West of Boston, it is a great time to use/learn to use the "T".

A special voucher at the event will benefit the NCNW Greater Boston (GBS) Section programs. Fifteen percent (15%) of your purchase total during July 11-12 at this Borders will benefit NCNW GBS.
